LOML Fireworks Committee Meetings for 2011:

• 18 August 2010 , 6pm - Meeting to set the events/dates & times for the 2011 LOML.
• 15 September 2010, 6pm - Finalize Sponsorship Package/ Review Grants
• 6 October 2010, 6pm - Budget Meeting (Approve the budgets for events and Fireworks)
• 9/10 October, 2010 [8am-2pm] - Fall Roadblock, first ads go out
• 17 November 2010, 6pm - Status of Fall Fundraisers, events planning, sponsorship statuses.
• 19 January 2011, 6pm - Review of Fireworks bids, finalize 2011 events & times
• 16 February 2011, 6pm - Review Grants statuses, review draft of 2011 program. Review contracts for tents, game rentals, music festival needs.
• 16 March 2011, 6pm - Review 2011 Program bids, review draft of 2011 program. Assign collection cans. Shuttle contract/proposals due.
• 20 April 2011, 6pm - Final Festival Plan due, including Parking/Shuttle plans for town. Status of sponsorships.
• 23-24 April 2011 [8am - 2pm] - 1st Spring Roadblock
• 4 May 2011, 6pm - Review of Sponsorships, Roadblock, volunteer status Website information.
• 18 May 2011, 6pm - Final Contract reviews are due. Financial Reviews and volunteer status. Banner and reviews and status. [NOTE: ALL RENTALS ARE SECURED AT THIS POINT] Permits need to in in process or in hand by now.
• 4-5 June 2011 [8am-2pm] 2nd Spring Roadblock
• 8 June 2011, 6pm - Status of events, last minute changes are due. Verify that all departments have festival plan. Review finances.
• 22 June 2011, 6pm - Final meeting before the July 4th weekend.
